📋 Fee Structure
- Admission Fee: (one-time, non-refundable)
- Annual Training Fee: Our fee structure is based on annual (yearly) fee
- Monthly Installment Option: Students may pay in monthly installments
- Installments must be paid on or before the 5th of every month
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for missed classes or early withdrawal
📝 Leave Policy
- Students must email leave requests to: kudoaxomassociation@gmail.com
- Students must continue paying installments even during leave, as the fee is annual
- For withdrawal from KUDO dojo, an email must be sent to dojo management stating the reason for withdrawal
- The withdrawal process takes 7–10 days to verify reports and release the athlete
- The dojo will refund the security deposit if no dues are found
- Verbal or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted
- Students absent for 3 consecutive months without intimation will be considered discontinued
- To rejoin after discontinuation, a re-admission fee must be paid
⚖️ Discipline & Conduct
- Students must wear the prescribed KUDO uniform during training
- Punctuality, discipline, and respectful behavior towards instructors and peers is mandatory
- Students must maintain dojo cleanliness and follow safety rules during practice
