REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Kudo Assam, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our members, participants, and students. However, we understand that certain situations may require refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Membership & Registration Fees

  • All membership and registration fees are non-refundable once the application is processed and approved.
  • If an application is rejected by Kudo Assam, a full refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days.

2. Event & Tournament Fees

  • Refunds for event or tournament registrations will only be considered if the participant withdraws at least 7 days before the event date. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted.
  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of the event).
  • In case of event cancellation by Kudo Assam, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days.

3. Training Fees

  • Training fees paid for any Kudo programs, workshops, or coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • If a training session is canceled or rescheduled by Kudo Assam, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit for future programs.

4. Merchandise & Digital Products

  • Refunds or exchanges for merchandise (such as uniforms, gear, and accessories) will be accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Digital products such as e-books, online courses, or subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
  • Customers must provide proof of payment and valid reason for requesting a refund.
